Second Baptist Church La Porte is located at the corner of Canada Road and Carlow Lane in La Porte.  Second Baptist was founded in 1958 by a group of Christians who had a burning desire to see God's Gospel carried forward.  And the dreams of the Church's founders have come true, for through the years, lost people have found salvation, the hungry have been fed, broken hearts have been mended, and hurting lives have found solace within the comforting arms of this sacred Temple of Our Lord. 

 

It remains the same today.  Second Baptist is a Loving Church, a Caring Church, a Church where all are welcome, and all are equal.  Souls are still being saved and lives are still being changed.   Come visit our growing, active Church where you will find a Church filled with gracious, friendly, caring people.  We offer a full service Sunday School and Church programs to meet your family's needs.
