WMU / Missions

"Change a life ... Change the world."

The Women's Missionary Union is comprised of ladies of the church who are eager to serve the Lord by being involved in missions efforts around the world. They lead the church body in it's annual participation in the three major missions emphases:

  1. North American Missions in March (Annie Armstrong Easter missions emphasis);

  2. State Missions in September (Mary Hill Davis fall missions emphasis);

  3. International Missions in December (Lottie Moon Christmas missions emphasis)

Closer to home, the WMU works with local ministries such as the Christian Women's Job Corp, Crisis Pregnacy Center, Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets for the needy.

The WMU meets regularly on the second Sunday of each Month @ 4PM, and all ladies are welcome to attend and become a part of this active, dynamic ministry!
